Hermanlamp’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Oversized Shipment Unloading Fee

For oversized shipments with a total package length exceeding 80 inches, an unloading service fee of $200-$300 will apply.

• This fee covers unloading from the delivery truck only.
• It does not include white glove services, such as carrying items into your residence, placing them in a room, or unpacking.
• If you prefer, you may arrange your own unloading equipment (e.g., forklift) to avoid this charge.
